2007 has come and gone so quickly it seems. It was a good year and for that we are so blessed! I just want to take a minute to remember the highlights.
March: Tyler was accepted to Nurse Anesthesia school, and our beautiful baby boy Jaden was born.
May: Tylers brother Ryan graduted from Dental school.
June: My little brother Chad got married, we blessed Jaden and celebrated Daxsons
2nd birthday.
July: we packed up and prepared to move to Florida.
August: the boys and I got to stay with my parents for a couple of weeks and attend the Beck family reunion at Bearlake, my mom me and the boys flew to Florida, and Tyler started school.
October: Tylers whole family came to Florida to see us, and the boys and I got to fly home to see Colby coming home from his mission.
November: Our first Thanksgiving alone.
December: Tyler finished his first semester with awesome grades, our first Christmas alone, and Jadens first Christmas.
In ways I am sad to see 2007 go, but I am excited to see what 2008 holds for us. I hope everyone has a Happy New Year.

Rosemary Beach

Today we went to Rosemary beach. It is the coolest little town and has awesome condos. It was starting to get dark when we got there and a storm was moving in so the pictures are kind of dark. It was 75 degrees so we thought we better take the boys to the beach while Tyler was still on break. Dax always falls asleep before we get there, but today he did wake up after awhile so he did get to see some of it. We are enjoying Tylers break and loving having him home with us.

We had a really nice christmas. Dax was so fun to watch. He is worn out I think he will sleep good tonight. The boys got lots of toys, books, puzzles, and clothes. They are pretty spoiled. Thankyou to our families for all the gifts. I made prime rib for Christmas dinner it turned out really good! I am so glad. Now we are just relaxing and watching the boys play with their toys. I hope everyone had a nice day.

This past week!

This week has gone by slow. Tyler has been at the hospital every day and preparing careplans all night so we have not seen him much. Dax is getting excited for christmas, but keeps asking to go ride in the tractor with papa in Idaho. It makes us sad that he is home sick. We are missing the snow, but we will live. Jaden is getting so strong he can take 3 steps at a time (sometimes).It is so fun to watch him learn he is so proud of himself. My aunt Darakae has been doing the 12 days of Christmas for me so everyday I look forward to going to the mailbox and getting something from her. She is so thoughtful and sweet it helps lessen the homesickness I am feeling.(Thankyou Darakae I love you). Tyler has some time off from school so now we will be able to get Christmas started. I hope every body is having a good Christmas.

Today we went to the beach with some of Tylers classmates and their kids. It was so fun! Tyler did so good on his finals!! He has one more but it is open book so it should go good. Daxson was so happy to go to the beach he loves it there. Charlie one of Tylers friends made the "sandman" Because we couldn't have a snowman. The kids loved it and really did not care that it was made of sand rather than snow.

Christmas time in Florida!

On Friday Tyler and I took the boys downtown to see Santa. Daxson did alot better than we thought he would. He looked scared but atleast he did not cry. He told Santa that he wanted blocks, motorcycles, puzzles, airplanes and some clothes. Jaden is getting so big I put a picture of him standing so you can all see how strong he is. Saturday we went to the playground at our apartment complex it was 81 degrees! So nice!! Saturday night we went to our ward party and Dax and Jaden got to sit on his lap again. This week is finals for Tyler we cannot wait for them to be over and then everyone can relax and we can enjoy christmas.

Getting ready for Christmas!!

I cannot believe it is almost Christmas! Tyler almost has his first semester done he has 2 more tests and then finals!! We are trying to get in the Christmas spirit here. I do have to admit it is a little hard with warm weather and no family around. Daxson is getting so big and does the funniest things! The other day he put a stick under his bum and started jumping up and down and said "look mama im tigger!" Also while we were eating lastnight he spilled water down his tummy and said "oh my gosh!" Apparently we need to watch what we say around him. He also is no longer cute if you tell him he is cute he says "no im good lookin!". Jaden is huge and is so strong he pulls himself on everything to stand and can let go and stand on his own for like a half a minute or so. Pretty good considering he is just barely 8 mos. He is so sweet. Jadens new nick name is "mader" Dax just started calling him that and we think it fits! I hope everyone is enjoying the holidays.

I am so Thankful!!

I need to take a minute to tell you all how thankful I am for my 2 beautiful children and my wonderful husband. I am so proud of Tyler for all he has accomplished and for how good he is doing in school.He is still the best dad ever even though he is so busy. I love my babies so much they bring so much joy into my life I could never express in words. I truley feel like the luckiest person in the world. This will be the first year we are not with family for Thanksgiving and that is sad, but we will be okay because we have eachother and as Tyler always says us four is all we need. Today we went to the beach and had a nice family day. It has been awhile since we got to just hangout together. I am so thankful for both mine and Tylers parents we love you all very much and are so thankful for all you do for us. I hope everyone has a Happy Thanksgiving we will be thinking of all of you.

Goodbye Idaho Hello Florida!!

Well we made it home to Florida. It was a long day but we made it with no problems!! The boys were so good on the plane. It was 70 degrees when we got off the plane at 9 at night so that was nice! It was so fun to see Tyler and I know he is so excited to have us back. I am so glad we got to see Colby and see what a neat person he has grown into!! Thankyou mom and dad for flying us home to see everyone we love you and miss you already (especially Dax!!)

We have been in Rexburg for 2 weeks now. We have gotten to do alot of family time which has been really nice. The boys love to have people around all the time other than just mom and dad. We miss Tyler alot which is kind of hard, but he is getting alot done without us around to distract him so that is good. The boys both are fighting a cold. I guess that is what I get for bringing them from sunny Florida to cold Rexburg.
