Lack of Daxson Pictures!

I know I put alot of pictures of Jaden on here and not so much of Dax. This picture is an example of why. I either have to hold him in place and he looks away or he runs and turns his head. I hope he grows out of this soon!!

Jaden James 10 months old

I cant believe Jaden is getting so old!! It kind of makes me sad.... but so happy for him. He loves being big.

He walks all over the place

He no longer crawls at all

He even wrestles with his brother

He is so curious

He unloads all my pots and pans about 10 times a day

He is a mama's boy (which I love!).

He still does not sleep through the night ( at this point I am not sure he ever will! )

He loves his daddy and always greets him with a huge smile

He claps his hands at all his accomplishments

He is so so so sweet!

He smiles all the time

I am so grateful for this baby and his sweet spirit. He brings so much joy into our lives.

What is his name? Tyler Donald Coburn
How long have you been married? 4 years next week!
How long did you date? I did not really know we were dating.... we hungout October and November. The next thing I knew we were in love and engaged November 24, 2003. We were married February 7, 2004. Kinda fast I know, but if its right you just know!
How old is he? 24

Who eats more sweets? When we first got married it was me for sure! Now he holds is own with brownies or cookies, but not so much with candy.
Who said I love you first? He did. We had spent the evening in Driggs with his family (the first time I met them).On the drive home he was talking and then ended in the middle of his sentence. I asked him what?? He said "oh nothing I dont want to freak you out" I said "you wont" He said "I have fallin in love with you". I said " I love you too!!" The next day he started talking marriage and the rest is history.
Who is taller? Him! I never liked dating boys who I could not wear high shoes with.
Who can sing better? If he is being serious him for sure!!
If he is making fun of my country music.... not so much!
Who is smarter? Him hands down!! He is so smart and amazes me daily with how good he does in school.
Who does the laundry? Me Me Me! I always have and sure I always will.

Who mows the lawn? That would be him... when we had a lawn to mow! Right now we live in an apartment.

Who is more stubborn? I use to think me, but lately probably him.
Who kissed who first? He kissed me first. It was so sweet! We were watching a movie at my apartment and he asked me if he could kiss me. Um yes please is what I was thinking!
Who asked who out first? Like I said we never really dated, but he initiated it.
What was your first date? He wanted to drive my car so we just drove around Rexburg all night and talked.
Who proposed? Him. We drove up to a spot in front of the Tetons and he drug me out in snow up to my knees. He got down on one knee and proposed. It was so sweet.
Who has more siblings? Him. He has 2 brothers and 2 sisters. I have 3 brothers.
Who wears the pants? I like to think we share them.
What is your favorite thing about him? There are so many, but I think my favortie is.... Tyler is the best dad ever. No matter how tired he is or busy he always has time to sit down and love on our babies even if just for a minute.

President Gordon B. Hinkley

I just need to take a minute to express how much I truely loved and will miss President Hinkley. He was such a special man, and such a wonderful prophet. I loved seeing and listening to him talk in conference. I have always thought he was the cutest little man ever. When I got the news I was so sad, but Tyler kept reminding me that he is in a better place with his wife. I am so grateful for his guidance as our prophet, and for all that he accomplished. We will miss him.

My boys!

Well another week has passed. Tyler has a test on Monday and Tuesday so he spent the whole weekend studying. The boys and I just hung out. Jaden is walking so good. He keeps up with Dax and very rarely gets down to crawl. He is just turned 10 months old last week. I cant believe how fast time flys! Daxson is doing really good with the whole potty thing. I think it is safe to say he is potty trained.

This week Tyler was super busy. He had to do all his normal load plus he was the weekend worker at the hospital. He is a tired guy. I am so proud of him for how hard he is working and studying to get through this program. The boys and I just got home from church and are waiting to have Sunday dinner with Tyler so I decided I would post some pictures. My mom is missing her babies alot so I thought better post some new pictures for her. Tyler really wanted to grow Daxson hair out so we were trying, but Saturday I gave in and gave him a haircut. Tyler was mad for a minute, but he got over it. I think he looks very cute. I know you are all thinking that Daxson never has clothes on in my pictures. I promise I do get him dressed, but he hates clothes and always takes them off!! He is very stuborn it is his way or no way. When I went to pick him up from nursery today the teacher said she had tell me what he said. I was thinking oh great..... I hope he did not swear in church or something. She said they went to sing Jesus wants me for a sunbeam, and they usually sing it with a sun, but she could not find the sun so she held up a big yellow star thinking they wont know the difference. Well when she held up the star Dax started yelling " no that is not the sun that is a star!" she said after that he refused to sing without the sun so that was the end of that song. Like I said his way or no way. He hates to have his picture taken now so that is why he never smiles for the camara. I hope he grows out of this stage soon.

So I think we did it!! Daxson is pretty much potty trained!! He is doing so good and did all week which makes me hopeful that he has got it. The boys have both been sick this week so that is a huge bummer, and now Tyler has it. The boys are starting to feel better, and that makes the mommy very happy. Jaden went to the doctor for his 9mos appointment and he is 22.6 pds (75%) and 30 inches long (95%). He is getting so big, and has even started rough housing with his brother. Dax finally has a live in buddy!!

We decided that we needed another car so that the boys and I can get out of the house. Tyler will be at the hospital 3 days a week and in class 2 days a week this semester so he will hardly ever be home. The day after we decided to look for a cheap 2nd car this car was in our parking lot and the next thing I knew Tyler bought it and loves it!

Jaden is 9 months!

Okay so I am a week late, but better late than never right!? Jaden is such an active happy baby. He stands and steps the most steps I have seen him take is 5. He is gonna take off running one of these days I am afraid. He has 4 teeth on top and 2 on bottom. He loves eating anything and everthing. He thinks Daxson is the coolest person there ever was. He follows him around and wants whatever Dax has which Dax hates, but he is learning to share kind of so that is a plus. He follows me around mumbling mama mama, and everytime the fridge door opens Jaden comes crawling faster than you would ever believe (like I say he LOVES food!) He likes to see himself in the mirror he thinks he is the cutest thing ever. We love him so much and I am so thankful for the joy he brings into our home! It is hard to be in a bad mood when everytime you turn around he has a huge grin on his face.

New Years Eve!

Well I have to admit we did not even stay up until midnight last night . We must be getting old. We did go to one of Tylers friends house from school for food and football, but we were home by 9 o'clock or so. There little boy Ashton is 4 and Dax thinks he is the coolest thing ever so he thought it was great! I hope everyone had a nice night.
